Structure of Governance ...

The General Assembly
is the supreme body of the Association, which determines the main principles that guide Association activities, approves the reports of the Governing and Supervisory Boards, and executes other activities in accordance with the Association Statute and the Bulgarian legislation.

The Governing Board
organizes and provides the implementation of the General Assembly’s decisions, structures the representation of the interests of BICA members, develops and submits to the General Assembly recommendations on the Association policy and executes other activities under the Statute.

The Presidium
is executive body, elected from the members of the Governing Board and is responsible for management and coordination of the BICA activities.

The Supervisory Board
is a body of the General Assembly, which carries out regular inspections over the activities of BICA main bodies. It controls the implementation of the General Assembly decisions by the Governing Board, the Presidium and the Executive Director.

The Executive Director
manages BICA’s activities in accordance of the decisions of its main bodies, leads BICA staff, takes care for the Association property, etc.
